Brandon has been in the greater Topsail area his entire life. Growing up in Hampstead, Brandon attended Topsail’s “Schools of Excellence,”before moving on to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Brandon captained the Men's High School soccer team to a State Championship Title and now gives back to the community by coaching its youth and volunteering at Topsail High School.
Brandon’s local roots go way back! His great great grandfather operated the first of Surf City’s bridges, a pontoon boat, shuttling people to and from Topsail Island, has had multiple generations of commercial fisherman, acres of oyster gardens and family that still remain on the Surf City Town Council.
When not practicing Real Estate or coaching Brandon tends to spend his days on the water jumping from sandbar to sandbar with his dogs, surfing, paddle boarding or just relaxing on the lovely white sand beaches of Topsail Island. There is no wonder why Brandon and the Batson family still remain in this wonderful area.

Jeff has long served the citizens of North Carolina, as a State Trooper and fireman since the 1990’s. He resides in Pender county, where he calls Rocky Point home for the last 16 years. Jeff and his wife Becky moved to this area in 2003, to start a ministry called the Lighthouse, that is so much more than just a church. The Lighthouse runs a food ministry, clothing ministry and provides emergency disaster responses, for humans and animals, all over the United States when needed.
After a career ending injury doing law enforcement work in 2015, Jeff started looking at other careers where he could help others and help people with their largest investment, the purchase of their own home. He started in real estate in 2018. It is about relationships, professionalism and knowledge of the industry to Jeff and you will experience just that when you work with him.
Outside of real estate Jeff enjoys spending time on the farm, with his family. Becky and Jeff have three children and three grandchildren. They still serve as the pastors of the Lighthouse and stay very busy serving in that capacity. Jeff has served with volunteer fire departments and in law enforcement since 1986. He grew up in Wayne county and has worked in the counties of Johnston, Wake, Sampson, Duplin, Onslow, Pender and at times in New Hanover in law enforcement or other first responder activity. Originally from Long Island, I am one of the many New York transplants who found a home on the beautiful North Carolina coast! With a professional background as an Activities Director in an Assisted Living home, when I first moved to Wilmington in 2012, I found a job with a Senior Home Health Care Agency, where I was in charge of coordinating care for seniors in their homes. I had clients based in New Hanover, Pender, Brunswick, and Onslow Counties, and because of this job, I was able to learn a lot about these areas and the communities.
After living in Wilmington for a few years, I moved up to Hampstead, where I have a quiet oasis in the woods, yet I am only a 15 minute drive to the beach. My husband and I have two rescued hound dogs, Larry and Marvin, and ten tortoises, a mix of four different species. Almost all of our tortoises are rescues as well, and our largest one is over 100 lbs!
On my free time I enjoy traveling, hunting the beach for shark teeth, seeing live music, running, hiking, and playing pinball. The greater Wilmington area has so much to offer between the pristine beaches, local restaurants and breweries, and live music venues, and Broadway quality shows, there is a little something for everyone to enjoy.
My love for the area has translated into my love of selling real estate. With designations as an Accredited Buyers Representative and Military Relocation Professional through the National Association of Realtors, I am well equipped to help with your real estate needs.
